I hate it when people break the rules and make it no fun for everyone else. I can help fix that by simply getting them to read rules or punishing them. Really isn't much to it other than that, Of course I want to make friends as well with everyone :D[/color] [color=#3498db]What are some qualities that make you worth while to accept?[/color] [color=#9b59b6]I'd say the biggest quality is my experience, even though it was in another game, I know how to deal with people and how to talk to them, whether they are just being jerks about it or not.[/color] [color=#f1c40f]Scenario Questions, 2 - unlimited liners (make sure you read the moderation guidelines beforehand to help with these questions)[/color] [color=#3498db]A player tells you that someone is farming money while they have a building sign up. What do you do and why?[/color] [color=#9b59b6]Obviously first I would check if the person is actually farming money, and if they are then punish them accordingly. if I don't see anything ask if the person reporting has evidence, if he does I would review the evidence and punish if it is enough. If not I would verbally warn the person reporting not to waste staff time if there is no evidence and verbally warn the person who might have been breaking rules.[/color] [color=#3498db]Player X hits player Y for 1 point of armor damage and player Y kills player X. Player X reports RDM, what do you do and why?[/color] [color=#9b59b6]Well in the MOTD it says if someone fires at you, you may kill them, so it would be a false report and most likely verbally warn player X for a false report[/color] [color=#3498db]Player X calls player Y a stinky butthole over voice. Player Y asks for an admin for disrespect, what do you do and why?[/color] [color=#9b59b6]Bring player X and ask simply to refrain from being near that player too much in order to keep the peace. And I would then tell player Y that he doesn't need to make a report about this because it really is not that big of a deal[/color] [color=#3498db]3 players report player X for rdming them but you cannot find the player in question, what do you do and why?[/color] [color=#9b59b6]Check logs for a name change and for any deaths. If not ask for evidence, if no evidence simply say I cannot do anything about it without evidence. If I find or am given evidence I would ban the player for the specified amount of time[/color] [color=#3498db]A player accidentally crossfires someone in a raid and the player that got crossfired calls an admin for RDM, what do you do and why?[/color] [color=#9b59b6]I would first bring the person crossfired and ask what he lost and give back what he lost. And after that simply tell him it was an accident.
